Smart phones can give students more technology to use that can help with school work, such as calculators, news, Etc. For example if you in school in a math and the teacher don't want to give you a calculator you can use your smart phone.

If you are doing work that requires you to use a internet to do your work and the computer is running slow you can use your smart phone for the internet. Also you can use the phone to do other things that may help you with doing school work.

Example your in history class and you need to no the distance between New Jersey and Texas you can use the map that is already in your phone. Also the information given to you from the maps are very accurate. I think smart phones are a good thing to use during school when you need them.
